Ms Shraddha Gautam

Director, Lab operations Advancells Group

Shraddha is an accomplished Sr. Scientist, at Advancells, with 16 years of onsite experience in the regenerative medicine market. She has a proven ability to foster technological advancements and quality excellence. Shraddha graduated from D.G.Ruparel College, Mumbai University in 2001 with Biochemistry and attained her master’s from Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai University, 2003.

During starting of her career, Shraddha could get into the fellowship from Department of Biotechnology, one of India’s top most institutions facilitating stem cell research and therapeutic applications; during which, Shraddha was trained in cell culture and molecular biology, under the guidance of Centre of Disease Control (CDC, Atlanta) & Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR, India).Since then she rose through the ranks as a scientist for 16 years, extensively in the area of regenerative medicine and its therapeutic application. Shraddha has acquired in depth understanding of regulatory parameters required to be fulfilled for smooth implementation of science in clinical practice.

Embracing the core values of integrity, growth and compassion; Shraddha is continuing her contributions to the field of stem cell technology and cellular therapies; and has acquired wide expertise in isolation, characterization and mass production of different types of stem cells from variety of available sources and their therapeutic applications. She has had her research publications in many renowned medical journals and has also authored five book chapters and continues to author stem cell biology and cellular therapies. Shraddha has a keen interest in developing and standardizing methodologiesfor accurate placement of tissue specific stem cells and to understand their in vivo behavior; in the context of disease specific treatments.
